Tnx for taking your time to report this.

You where whining all the time about everything, so i decided to give you a reason to whine and jump on your mortar. I left the server to start cooking (focaccia and soup), and at that moment you were whining to 2 or 3 people at the same time. Then 2 hours later it was the perfect time for a nice quick map while my soup was constracting all the lovely aromas from the vegie's into the water. My precense wasnt needed because the gentle boiling action didnt need my supervision. The moment I joined, you where talking to others, and this may sound as a suprise, you where whining.

I understand that it is hard to believe, because te first thing you learn in cookingclass is to never be inattentive when there are pots and pans on the fire. However Iam a man who likes to live on the edge. After all, wouldnt the world be a boring place if we all played it save?

And we shouldnt exaggerate the situation because I turned the heat down low to the point that there was no risk of the water going into wicked boiling state.

First I started with some olive oil, chilly's, garlic and onions wich where chopped down. After heating this for aproximetly 5 min i threw in a can of diced tomatoes and a can of water. When the content of the pan was boiling it was time for the lentils to be put in (100-200 gram according to taste and thickness of soup), I used the green ones but you can pick whatever collour that brings you joy. This is the time you can relaxed and sit back because they need atleast 30 min to cook. Now its time to season it up! The best idea is to put the herbs in just before you put in the tomatoe's and water because slighty grilling them makes them release all there lovely aroma's. But sometimes shit happens and you forget it. However its never to late for the seasoning. So grab you salt and pepper and get it in there! Also put in some cumin and smoked paprika powder. Give it a taste and see if you might wanna add some more. Now turn of the heat and throw in a couple of fresh basil leaves. The best part is coming up, Get your blender or whatever you use for this and grind this soup down. Dont make it to smooth because there should still be a small bite in it. Serve the soup into a nicely decorated bowl. Top it off with a bit of chopped down mozzarella, a spoonfull of creme freche and some chopped basil.

Bon apetit!

I served this with some homemade focaccia
